They are great! I was away in California and my hot water heater broke and leaked all over my basement. Steve and team were great. I was a new customer and they came right over and stopped the issue. They then were able to find me a new hot water heater that same day and install it. I was still having a small issue on the following day and he came over within 20 minutes.
I never write reviews but had to in this case because the level and quality of service was exceptional. They are totally trust worthy and helped me save money and time.

Took the extra time and care to explain what was wrong (valve on the supply line to a toilet) and to help me understand what to do should an emergent situation arise in the future. Member Comments: I called Atomic on a Saturday at 8:30 am to fix a leaky faucet that rendered my kitchen sink unusable. I was a quoted a minimum $250 for the service call, which I thought was not obviously cheap, but since I had already called someone else unsuccessfully, decided to go with it.
I was quoted an arrival time between 9:30 am and 11:00 am and the repair person, I think he was the business owner, arrived at 10:00 am. He was very courteous and professional. He said that the faucet had been assembled defectively and one of the parts was loose. He tightened it and put additional silicon around the faucet. The total job took him about 20 minutes. He said that since there were no parts needed and the job was simple, he would reduce the price to $190. Since, I had already agreed to pay $250, I was very appreciative.
Overall, the high level of professionalism and the courteous service I received was worth the cost. I would definitely use Atomic again."

I had gotten the runaround by rotorooter and they wanted a ridic amount of money and I needed a second opinion. the tech was waiting for me to be home because I was late getting home from work. he came in and my issue was resolved within 30 min for 1/2 the price. I don't know how people can try to charge what they were trying to charge. robbery! Im so happy I went with them instead. I can flush my toilets again and am 100% recommending to all"
